France has declared the highest level of drought alert, known as the ‘Crisis Alert’, in 67 of the country’s 101 administrative departments.

വരൾച്ച രൂക്ഷമായതോടെ പല പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും കുടിവെള്ളക്ഷാമം (Drinking Water Shortage) നേരിടുകയാണ്. നിലവിൽ 30,000ത്തിലധികം ആളുകളെ കുടിവെള്ളക്ഷാമം നേരിട്ട് ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണ് അധികൃതർ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്.
