Magnitude 5.5 earthquake strikes Minahasa
Oct 25 (Reuters) – An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 struck Minahasa in Indonesia on Wednesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre said.
A magnitude 5.5 earthquake took place 26km NNW of Tondano, Indonesia at 13:25 UTC (7 minutes ago). The depth was 149.6km and was reported by GFZ. #earthquake #earthquakes #Gempa #Indonesia pic.twitter.com/tCG2kACjaC

The quake was at a depth of 97 km (60.27 miles) and the epicenter of the quake was at a distance of 28 km south of Manado, Indonesia, the EMSC said.
