Today
After a chilly, at times frosty, morning, the majority of the UK will experience plenty of sunshine, and with lighter winds, the afternoon should feel comfortable. It will be cloudier and colder in parts of Scotland’s west and Northern Ireland.
Tonight
Most areas will be dry with prolonged clear spells, and frost will spread broadly across the south, the middle, and some of the east. Greater cloud cover in the northwest of the UK; extremely strong winds and patchy showers.
Tomorrow
Northwest UK rather cloudy, with rain, drizzle, and strong northwest gusts. Dry conditions elsewhere, along with lots of sunlight and light winds, helped temperatures return to the normal range for early April.
The forecast for Wednesday to Friday calls for cloudier conditions with rain or thunderstorms moving southeastward across the majority of the country on Wednesday and Thursday. By Friday, dry conditions are anticipated once more, with sunlight and patchy night frost.
