Weather in UAE: Rain in parts of the country. In some areas, temperatures can drop to as low as 8°C
Weather in the UAE is cloudy to cloudy with rain during the day, especially along the coast and in the north.
Some indoor areas will be damp overnight into Friday morning. There will be light to moderate winds and some dust. Seas are expected to be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in the Sea of Oman.
Temperatures in Abu Dhabi range from 16°C to 25°C and in Dubai from 18°C to 26°C. Temperatures can drop to 8°C in mountainous areas.
Is it warm in winter?
The UAE has recently experienced a milder winter than usual, according to experts at the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).
The center pointed out that the average temperature in December was higher than usual.
NCM’s Ahmed Habib said in an interview with Khaleej Times on Wednesday that this year, like December and January, the same period this year has generally seen higher temperatures and less rainfall than last year, Khaleej Times reported.
