ഇതിനു പുറമെ മഞ്ഞുവീഴ്ചയെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ശനിയാഴ്ച മെമ്മിംഗനിലെ അല്‍ഗൗ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രവർത്തനം താല്‍ക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിവച്ചു. വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലേക്ക് യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് യാത്രക്കാർ തങ്ങളുടെ വിമാനത്തിന്റെ സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് പരിശോധിക്കാൻ നിർദ്ദേശമുണ്ട്.
