തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ 261 മില്ലിമീറ്റർ മഴ ലഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ സാധാരണ അളവിനെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് 35 ശതമാനം അധികമഴയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ അധികമഴ ലഭിച്ച ജില്ലയും തിരുവനന്തപുരമാണ്.
