കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല രണ്ടാമതായി തുടരുമ്പോൾ, സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ആകെ മഴക്കുറവ് (Rain Deficit) ഇന്നലെ വരെ 42% ആയി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജില്ലയിൽ ശരാശരി താപനില (Average Temperature) 37 ഡിഗ്രി സെൽഷ്യസായി ഉയർന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.
